One good way to relax is by creating your own at-home spa experience. You can do this by incorporating therapeutic grade Young Living essential oils into your normal morning and evening routines. Here are few ideas to try.
Create a calming bath. Mix Epsom salts and about 5 to 10 drops of a calming essential oil into a warm bath. Some recommended essential oils to use are Lavender, Bergamot, or Peppermint. The essential oils in the bath are calming because they are inhaled and have direct contact with the skin.
Enhance your lotions. Add a couple of drops of Tea Tree, Lavender, Cedarwood, or Frankincense essential oils into your lotions. You’ll be amazed by the results.
Relax with a foot bath. Mix a couple of drops of Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint, or Bergamot essential oils to into a square-sized bucket that’s big enough for your feet. Make sure the oils are evenly mixed in the water and dip your feet in. You’ll love the way your feet will feel after this foot bath!
